How we verify reviews.

Reviews on this site are written only by customers of this site. Here is how it works and what we guarantee.

Who can leave a review.

• Only a registered customer — from their account, and only after the order has shipped. A review describes the product received, not expectations.
• Every review is linked to a real order. That is why it carries a “Verified purchase” mark and the pack size that was bought.
• One order item — one review. In a set, each strain is rated separately. A strain received as a gift can be rated too — such a review is marked “received as a gift”.
• A review can be edited within 30 days (a rejected one can be corrected at any time) and deleted at any time. An edited review goes through moderation again; until a decision is made, the previous version stays on the site.

Moderation.

Every review is read by a member of our team before it is published — nothing is published automatically. Moderation filters out rule violations, not inconvenient opinions.

We do not publish reviews that contain:

• contact details — phone numbers, email addresses, links, usernames and messengers;
• advertising of goods or services;
• profanity or insults;
• personal data — your own or anyone else’s;
• descriptions of consumption or of anything prohibited by law.

If a review is rejected, the author sees the reason in their account and can correct the text.

Honest ratings.

• We never pay for reviews and never give discounts, bonuses or gifts for them.
• We do not hide negative reviews and never reject a review for a low rating — only for breaking the rules above.
• A strain’s average rating is calculated from all published reviews. The “Critical” order shows the lowest ratings first.

Replies from the store.

The store may reply to a review. The reply appears under the review, signed “Reply from UKHTA”, so it cannot be mistaken for the customer’s text. The store never edits the review itself.

The name under a review.

A review is signed with the display name the customer chooses; it is moderated together with the text. We never show their real name, email address or order number.

The “Helpful” mark.

Only a signed-in customer can mark a review as helpful, once per review; you cannot mark your own review. The “Helpful” order is based on these marks.
